Born at Dragon's nest, the birth site for all Dragons, Dragon was taken care of by her mother, who was rescued by Future Sonic and Sally when Ducly was around 5. Most people thought the Dragons had all died out until Robotnik sees her with the Freedom Fighters It is unknown when she joined them but it seams to be somewhere between series 1 and 2. Bio-Analysis of Character-
It is said that the reason Ducly joined in Series 2 was to give more of a role Model for girls, since there weren't many females watching and they wanted more. This doesn't quite add up when you look at it. You have Sally as the Smart leader who is also a princess and very much has her female side, and you have the tomboy like strong Bunnie showing how strong girls can be, so to speak. And then Ducly.. Ducly is basicly light comic relief for times when Antoine isn't on screen or they want someone who they aren't going to just pile on the 'foreign' jokes on. Where most of the humour for Antoine comes from him either being a coward or not understanding English words and getting some mixed up, Ducly is a complete scatter brain and shown to be very clumsy. This can be taken as a way to link the viewers how aren't "as cool as Sonic, or as Smart as Sally" with the show and show that they can still be very much useful to the case. But how does this give the good female role model point? it doesn't... Neither the less, Ducly seamed to be a pretty popular character and despite her problems, was often along with the team for a good reason, which is something that can't be said for Antoine. Something that is a bit of a surprise, and probablyn attempt to make this new character as well liked as the regulars, was that Ducly's background history was went into more then anany ones.e know about her mother and basicly what happened to her, we know about the Dragon Race in general and what Ducly was like as a child. Which was pretty much on par, if not a bit more, then even Sally herself and indeed much more then Sonic.
Notes Relating to the Character-
* Robotnik meets and is attacked by Ducly in the Episode 'Game Guy', yet much later, in the Episode 'Ducly', he says and acts like it is the he only just learnt about Ducly from an attack at the start of the episode.
