Bio-
Sabina was a female Dragon of great power, who was the Mother of Ducly. During Robotnik's take over, a group of Hover units were seen attacking Sabina and the Future Sonic and Sally saved her, and Ducly. Later, she was seen on her own when she returned the favour and lead to the destruction of the Ship that was destroying the land. It is unknown what then happened to her, but Robotnik claimed all of the Dragon's had been Robotised. Bio-Analysis of Character-
Sabina is one of the few parents shown in the show, the only other one being that of King Acorn, whom was a fairly major plot point anyway. We know that Sabina was a kind and caring mother and also a strong willed fighter. The only problem with her brief introduction into the show was that Ducly was a new character and we had no idea who this dragon was. When a Character is new, that don't have as much background story and connection to the viewer as an older character and they very quickly forced Sabina into a known role by having Sonic know the name but take a while to remember before saying it is Ducly's Mom. She then returns later in the episode to return the favour of Sonic & Sally's help by saving them, showing of a number of skills which Ducly has and showing that they are part of the Dragon race, more then anything special about her.
