Not quite sure which category to put this in but it's kinda a question to your guys. Back in the old days, There was a Game released for the MegaDrive or/and Genesis (there is a point to me saying that) caleld 'Art Alive' which was another of this paste and paint games that seamed to be all on consoles in the early 90s, even though most of them were pointless because no save, no print or anything (though the spectum, GameBoy and a couple of others did get a printer at different stages). Now. If you check the information for it on this site, you will see a Release date of 1st January 1991, which would make it the FIRST Game ever to feature Sonic, predating Sonic 1 by half a year. This isn't unlikey since it would be done to drum up fans for the upcoming Sonic.
The problem comes in two bits. First, i have some conflicting release dates. Some just say it was out in the US in 1991, some say January 1991, some say 1st January 1991. This aren't really conflicting too much. Some Say it was out in the UK in 1992, others say It was NEVER released in the UK. Some say it was out in Japan 27nd of March 1992, some say Never out in japan.. Pretty conflicting there.. Now.. I was looking at the US release date and thinking.. since when do they release Computer games on the 1st of January. I have found out that the US doesn't have the same rules on New Years day and shops are still open but it does still sound a little odd to me. So i am wondering if anyone have any proven information on the release date for this ... game..
