 Sonic News icon The First4Figures Sonic statue HAS been shipped and is now on it's way to the ports and if there is no problem with customs and stuff, it will be with people the ordered it direct between Early to Mid July. Isn't that nice?

 TESP News icon Y'know my harddrive crashed and was being recovered and all my backups since the last problem (In august) weren't backing up right so they were useless? well.. what is the worst news i could get as an outcome? I guess, what has happened.

The harddrive crashed and the magnetic parts came into contact with the harddrive disc itself... total lost. not one scrap of data can be recovered at all. While most of my backup from August is fine, there are some files missing from that.. I need to work out of state of damage later on today.. but basicly, i bet £270 on a 75% chance and lost. All my stuff done for the past year is lost....

this is gonna take some work...

 TESP News icon A few things really which i should say about.. Updated the Search engine so it will also find character profiles from the games, not just games that character was in.

Also updated some of the full profile images that i was missing (still some to go) as well as updating Character stories. Yes, I know.. the big two (Sonic & Robotnik) are still to come...

I have also tweaked the Links Marquee on the left. Looks better ^_^ but i'm still noticing lags on the site which should be there.. oh well.. I'll clean things up as much as i can

 Sonic News icon While last i heard, it's still set for this month, it seams the Sonic Statue is yet again delayed. It's a shame, but on my part, not amazinly bad.. each time i run into major money problems and this statue is going to come out, it gets delaied so i don't have to worry about the price for that.. Oh well..

I will see if i can get some information on why it is delayed soon.

 TESP News icon Okay.. Isn't this intresting, I have updated the game's Character information. You can now click on the characters in the game (not just mouse over, but you can do that too) and get a fuller amount of information on the character. Not every character has a bigger image yet and not all the information is up (cause some would just take some time to write anyway) but it's pretty good so far. Enjoy it!

 TESP News icon Okay, it's not quite done but i'll tell you anyway.. The Search Engine can now find games that Star a character you search for.. Only problem right now is, if you Search for say Knuckles. It finds Two Characters. Knuckles the Echinda and Metal Knuckles.. That's good right? well.. The list of games that the character is in, for some reason i'm looking into, will only be right for the Last character (in this case, Metal Knuckles) So it won't show you games Knuckles is in (well.. it well, but only if his name is on it cause it's when you search the games section, you search for names too)

I know basicly why it is doing this but trying to work it out is another matter so.. you can use the search engine but i'll be working on it until you hear otherwise today.

EDIT: All done. Now you can search for character names. I'll think about adding more advance search options so you can just search for character name and not game name etc.

 TESP News icon I have updated the Search Engine so you can Now search via Actor Name. So you can quickly see all the comfirmed (basicly) roles for actors in Sonic. This doesn't work for ones that were just 'voices' and no roles have been comfirmed for them.

For those that don't understand by Search Engine (Found in Site Files-Search). For along time, i wanted to put a search engine onto this site so you could easily search for stuff but a few quick tests basicly said no search engine out there (which could be put onto a website) would work with the PHP system i use. So i decided to stuff it and make my own Search engine. Basicly, i'm having to add features bit by bit and i'm not spending as much time on this as i should, but there you go. It's pretty good. There is alot you can do. Try searching for a Writer, Character, game name (even part of it) and see. See how many Sonic Books have the word 'Sonic' in the title if you like.

Right now, i'm trying to remember the things so i can link it up that you can click on the name of an actor or writer etc, and find everything Sonic we have related to them.. No luck so far remembering ^_^
