When First Appeared, Norris was though as a 'Nerd'. When the Weather was going bad around Mobuis, he thought it was the curse of Dr Robotnik. Later he was the President (and only Member) of the Badnik Spotters Club. He would collect the Serial Numbers from Badniks.. Only problem is they don't have any so it makes them up. After this he decided to measure the boot Marks of Sports Players. Later he is seen being a bit fan of Sonic and the world around knowing all this is to know... He was also a big fan of Fabian Vane, which is how Amy and Tenko came to meet him.
