Proctor Speckle is a weak scientist that created a potion that was able to turn him into a large mussle bond creature Mr Fry. Mr Fry does not like his Weak alta-ego much but Speckle seams to have no real problem with Mr Fry. He is a member of Lord Sidewinder's gang. The one time he was captured by Captain Plunder on a trip to the Special Zone but he ended up getting free and returned to Lord Sidewinder.
