When we first meet Porker, He is just a normal pig that looks up to Sonic as a Hero. Not long later, Sonic decides to take Porker (and Johnny and Tails) to find out all about his origin Since then, He has been more 'grown up' and part of Sonic's gang and gained his Jacket as well as various skills in computers and mechanics.. In Issue 26 – Sonic World's Story, we find out just after Kintobor's lab was wrecked, Sonic called in porker to help sort out the mess, and he was he that was able to understand that Kintobor's brain patterns were stored on a Ring and turn it into a Computer. After a while, things seamed to turn more 'human' and he gained trousers too. During the Return of the Metallix storyline, Porker Lewis ended up trapped on the Miracle planet for some time, during which he was a prisoner of the Metallix. This effected his already nervous nature and ended up with him quitting Sonic's gang, much to Sonic's dismay. He then went to the Floating Island to help Knuckles sort out all the old Echidna machines and stuff up there. For a while after the Emerald Hill folk return to Mobius, Porker stayed on the island. It was around this point that he found an entrance to the Special Zone and we learn about Oscar the Pig. Just after he earned his university degree, Porker got his first job working for Hammerhead, Before everyone knew he was a criminal. He was working on various machines that was meant to lead to a brand new energy supply which was cheap, clean and safe for New Tek City. However, he found out it couldn't be used for energy as it was too unstable, so he broke into Hammerheads private office and found out he was helping to make the most powerful bomb the world had seen. He then burnt all the files, leaving the only data needed in his own head. When everyone found out that Hammerhead was a crock, he made sure that Oscar was shown to be his right hand man and dozens of people would swear that Oscar was on the verge of creating the super-bomb for Hammerhead. Because of this, Oscar decided to escape to Mobius and forget his past. When he returned to the Special stage and confessed what had happened, Lieutenant Furor made out that Porker was nothing like Oscar the pig and that should give up searching, because he would never return to the Special zone, and he also made Porker Promise he would never return and let him go, However, this doesn't seam to tally up with any information of the pre-issue 18 Porker Lewis and it appears the two characters must be two different characters, who just happen to have the same name and both be pigs.
