Sally Acorn was mostly shown in the background as a Squirrel friend of Sonic's in Issue 1. In Issue 3, she was first stated by name and we learn she has a little brother called Tufftee who wanted to be a hero, just like Sonic. In Issue 5, she goes with Sonic to save Tails in the Labyrinth Zone (However, she is mistakenly coloured Yellow), She then has a very small background role in issue 11, In issue 13, she seams to be acting as the leader of the emerald Hill folk, as she is the one who tells Sonic they want him banished from the zone, after mistaking him for his 'evil' extra life. Her last official appearance is issue 16, as the Comic takes a change in direction and the 'female' role is taken up by Amy Rose.
