It is not known when the Emperor was created, but Robotnik said the Metallix Program was created by Grimer, so he might have created him. The Emperor Metallix was a larger model of the Metallix that Sonic fought before and won but this time, he has a large army of Metallix's to help him. The First part of the Emperor's plan was to capture the Omni-Viewer and back a back up version for his own goals. This worked even though Knuckles and the Chaotix Crew tried to stop him. He next appeared when he captured Grimer to make the 'alpha device' for him and they trapped from Robotnik's old Special zone base to the Miracle Planet. Sonic seamed to Stop there plan with the help of Porker Lewis, but Porker saw the Emperor trying to turn the Alpha device back on and he went to stop him. This left him stuck on the miracle planet. When next it appeared, things had changed. They took over the planet turning it into a large Metallix head, and then went back in time to stop Robotnik from being created and take over the world. This worked until Sonic went back in time and force the accident that created Robotnik with the help of the Choatix crew. Again, the Metallix were stopped and Grimer had a plan for a new Type of Metallix, the Knuckles Metallix!
