Bio-
Captain Plunder was the leader of a group of pirates that worked out of the Mystic Cave Zone. When he captured Amy to lead Sonic into a trap, it was Amy that saved the day telling Plunder that it would be better if they work together and he only stole for Robotnik. His took up this idea most of the time. When he found out the location of the Chaos Emeralds, he went after them but was stopped by Sonic. When next seen he was after the treasure on the Floating island. During the course of events he had became more of a comedy character and had a number of adventures both around Mobuis and in the special zone. When Robotnik captured him, he met up with a Comedy character 'Simpson the Cat'.
